What about the monthly rental?

 The fee per month is based off of the value of the leads you will be getting. This works out very well for both parties and makes this a very affordable method for getting leads. If the lead generation site produces 5 to 10 leads on a short side and you are able to land three or 4 jobs per month. Let’s say the average Ticket for each job is $1200, then we would calculate your monthly rental fee based on that.  This makes it a very risk-free strategy because all you would have to do is sell one job to pay for your monthly rental and the rest of the jobs are complete profit.
